Making a Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse
our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to purchase and add them to
the shopping cart. After you have completed selecting your items, pay via the paypal
shopping cart.
If you are shopping from anywhere within the United Kingdom, United States or the
European Union, you will be charged the amount shown on your invoice. Anywhere outside
of these three areas, your order will be converted to local currency and be debited
from your account which will be dependant on the exchange rate for that particular
currency against the GBP (Great British Pound Sterling). You may want to make use
of www.xe.com to check current rates.
TO PROTECT OUR CUSTOMERS, WE WILL NOT SHIP GOODS TO ANY OTHER ADDRESS THAN THE ONE
TO WHICH THE CREDIT CARD IS REGISTERED. ANY ORDERS FAILING AN ADDRESS VERIFICATION
CHECK WILL BE CANCELLED, AND THE AMOUNTS REFUNDED TO THE CARD. |

Shipping And Handling
- Orders in the United Kingdom are charged at 5%
- Orders in the European Union are charged at 10%
- Orders in the rest of the World are charged at 15%

Some of our items are extremely heavy and as such we are unable to conform to our
normal postal charges. Where appropriate, each item has been weighed and postage
worked out accordingly. The postal amount is based of the cheapest option available
through Royal Mail. |

If you require a different postal option please contact us and we will try and work
something out on a case-by-case basis.

Delivery Schedule United Kingdom - Please allow up to 4 weeks
on all orders. International Orders may take a little longer. However we aim to
complete all orders withing two weeks, but due to the specialised nature of some
of our items this can take longer.
At times items may be out of stock and this may cause a delay. We will, however,
inform you immediately should there be any likelihood that we will not be able to
meet our delivery schedule and keep you updated either by mail or using the online
order tracking system. Should this not be agreeable, we will refund any cancelled
orders. |

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you.
You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather
not wait. |

Tax Charges We are currently not registered for VAT and as such do
not charge it at this time. |

Credit Card Security We know of no documented cases of credit card
fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted
in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only
decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on our
web site.

Privacy Policy In Dark Decorum does not disclose buyers information
to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track
